YOGA HATHA-RAJA (with Marilina ) 

this practice is ideal for beginners, with simple preparatory exercises (alignment, extension and flexion of the vertebral column), to gradually enter into positions with slow and progressive movements which create an effect on breathing and on your mental state.

It then develops a progressive psychophysical rebalancing and creates the conditions for change through a meditative state which increasingly brings about a qualitative awareness for change in our lives.

YOGA NIDRA, "the yoga of conscious sleep" (with Marilina )

practice of about an hour, of relaxation both at a physical and mental level. This practice works on a deepening relaxation and awareness which can be used to "sow a seed or personal wish" on an unconscious level,

 

JOY YOGA (with Deva) 

personalized laughter yoga introducing exercises from other techniques.

Laughter yoga is a technique developed by Dr. Madan Kataria of Mumbai. It consists of a series of deep breathing exercises and stimulated laughter along with stretching and playful exercises . It takes place in a group, where it is easier to stimulate laughter and benefit from its contagiousness.

 

MEDITATION 

In addition to the techniques that come from Raja Yoga, other methods that lead to the meditative state are used. The method used will depend on the group or individual requirements.

Dynamic meditations of Osho , 

Meditation with support for breathing, watching and walking ... or simply put we start from a constant listening  in everyday life ...
